Greece's first luxury food and beverage company appoints new CEO and reaches new milestones.

Speiron is pleased to announce that from last June, aspiring business development expert Alexandros Lyginos became partner and has been appointed as the new CEO.

After attending Athens College, Class 04' Alexandros left for Edinburgh where he received a Bachelors (Honor's) in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University. Following his studies he started working in the oldest private bank in Switzerland Lombard Odier as an Equity Advisor for Renewable Energy. His next and current post is to work in the LatAm Division of the Bank. In parallel with his current job in 2014 he decided to join forces with Giorgos Kolliopoulos as partner and new CEO of Speiron.

Driven by his passion for excellence, business skills and broad social stature, Alexandros will be advancing Speiron's global presence to new levels.

Speiron, the first Luxury Food & Beverage Company in Greece, was founded in 2006 by entrepreneur Giorgos Kolliopoulos. The company produces λ /lambda/, an award-winning (Silver World Medal New York Festivals Awards 2008) luxury olive oil which has constantly Ιntense Μedian of Fruitiness (mF: over 6.0). Made from some of the oldest centenarian olive trees of Greece, λ /lambda/ is being bottled and labeled entirely by hand and passes five quality controls.
